Comments: The Project is part of the CDOT and FHWA FEIS and associated Programmatic Agreement (2011) and ROD 1-5 (2017). Description: The Project is one mile south of the NI25 and East Prospect Road interchange. The inventory area is west of the highway, adjacent to the frontage road. 15. Legal Location: Quad. The inventory was conducted to identify and record cultural resources older than 50 years for compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. VII. FIELD METHODS 28.
