Township 7 North, Range 69 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Lorimer, State of Colorado. being more particularly described as follows: Considering the North line of sold Section 11 as bearing South 89'59'26" East from a found #5 rebar at the Northwest comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11 to an aluminum cop at the North Quarter corner of said Section 11 and with all bearings contained relative thereto: Commencing at the Northwest comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11, thence. The undersigned have caused the above described land to be surveyed and subdivided a lot as shown on this plot to be known as City of Fort Collins Service Center P.U.D., 5th Filing, subject to all easements and rights —of —way now of record or existing or indicated on this plot.
