Dear Steve:
Staff has reviewed the Collinhaus PUD Preliminary/Final plan and has the
following comments to make:
1. Clarification is needed on the number of bedrooms in the group home. The
site plan shows 11, even though 12 residents are proposed.
2. A letter, indicating that there are no changes proposed to add paved or
other impervious areas on the site, signed and dated by you, needs to be
submitted. This letter will serve to address storm drainage questions.
3. The parallel parking spaces along the east property line should be shown as
8' wide by 23' in length.
The letter mentioned in item 2 above, should be submitted to the Planning
Office by Wednesday. March 7. By noon on Monday. March 19. 1990 ten
folded copies of the site plan (with any necessary revisions made), a colored
rendering of the site plan (unfolded) and an 8-1/2" x 11" PMT reduction (xerox
copies unacceptable), must be submitted to the Planning Office. If you have
