Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, January 8, 1991, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the First Free Will Baptist Church, 320
West Trilby Road% the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a public
information meeting regarding a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The development proposal is for Knickers, Inc. Golf and Recreation Center located on the west
side of South College Avenue (Colorado Highway 287), just south of the present Carolyn's
Cuisine at 6813 South College Avenue.
The concept of Knicker's, Inc. is to develop an aesthetically designed golf fun center that would
include a unique 15 acre driving range, two 18 hole outdoor putting courses, one 18 hole indoor
putting golf course, and grassy park areas for family activities. The total area planned for
development is 35 - 50 acres.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
