Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, April, 22,
1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is
commonly known as Knickers (Louden Creek Golf Course) - Preliminary, #10-91.
The applicant is requesting preliminary approval for a golf/recreation center on 33.27 acres,
located approximately 1/2 mile south of Trilby on College Avenue (7029 S. College) and zoned
rp, Planned Residential, and rlp, Low Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this public hearing, written comments arc
welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within the area based
on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
