HomeMy WebLinkAboutKNICKERS PRELIMINARY PUD - 10 91 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 1 - TRAFFIC STUDYTRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS Traffic flow count for the proposed project area is based upon records from the Division of Highways State of Colorado and information from the Midland Greens development. The numbers shown are listed on the attached page, or from projections based on the Midland Greens development prepared by Mr. Matt Delich P.E. The Midland project is located between 32 Ave. and 30th Ave. on Highway 287. They show 18,200 cars per day in 1990 with an increase to 27,700 in 1995 and 42,800 by the year 2010. With the number of estimated cars per day for the project location to be a maximum of 100, plus or minus 20%. This represents a percentage of not more than 0.7% The major amount of this count will be at low traffic flow times.
