Chairperson Colton called the meeting to order at 6:43 p.m.
Roll Call: Gavaldon, Meyer, Carpenter, Craig, Davidson, and Colton.

Member Gavaldon moved for approval of Consent items 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7.
Member Carpenter seconded the motion. The motion was approved 6-0.
