On Tuesday, March 11, 1997 at 1:30 p.m., in the Current Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning
Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider an IL Site Plan Review known as
Conifer Industrial Park, Lot 4.
The applicant is requesting a 4,200 s.f. storage facility with loading dock and on -site
parking for 8 cars. The building will be a 1-story metal building.
The affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
