August 25, 1992 Doug Donaldson 1110 W. Prospect Fort Collins, CO 80526 Dear Doug: As you know, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the Camera Corner PUD Final on August 24, 1992. The condition of approval was that the proposed 11 conditions (see attached) be included as part of the PUD approval. Following are the remaining steps that need to be completed on this project: 1. Add 11 conditions to the mylar (original) of the PUD site plan; 2. Complete the ownership and attorney certification signature blocks; and 3. Submit mylar to my office for the Planning and Zoning Board certification (submit anytime prior to September 14). There is a 14 day appeal period which.will expire at the close of business on Monday, September 14, 1992. Assuming no appeal is filed, I will then be able to "file" your PUD documents on Tuesday, September 15 at the earliest.. After the plans are filed, you are able to begin operation of the photographic sales and service as a PUD, rather than as a Home Occupation. Please call me if you have any questions.
