Prospect Road Fort Collins, CO 80521 Dear Doug: This letter is to clarify the requirements for the parking area on the west side of the Camera Corner PUD site, located at 1110 W. Prospect Road. The Camera Corner PUD was approved allowing the existing parking to continue as a gravel parking area. At the time of approval in 1992, it was expected that the street improvements for Prospect Road would necessitate a re -configuration of this existing parking area; however, there was no recommendation by City staff to pave this area in the future, nor was there any requirement by the Planning and Zoning Board for paving. If this area were to be paved, a drainage report would be necessary to be reviewed and approved by the Stormwater Utility prior to hard surfacing the parking area.
