EXTENSION OF ACCESS PERMIT NO. 418124, LOCATED This access is located
approximately 1844 feet north of mile marker 346 on the west/left side of State Highway
287 at approximately mile point 346.349., IN Larimer County
Dear Permittee,
Your request for a one-year extension of the above-referenced State Highway Access Permit has
been approved. This permit, which was originally due to expire on 2/15/2020, has been
extended to 2/15/2022.
A copy of this letter must be attached to the permit and be readily available at the job site when
performing the work. If there are any further concerns or questions, please feel free to contact
this office at the address or phone number listed above. This is the second and final extension
this access permit is eligible for. If the work is not completed by 2/15/2022, a new access permit
will need to be obtained from CDOT Region 4.
