If the property owner performs the work, a concrete license and bond is not required. I do not know the correct terminology for that type of sidewalk/gutter. Please help. I also need to find out how far the transition sections need to extend beyond the width of my driveway. Please see a very old, but still representative shot below from Google Maps street view. 6 / Again, how wide do the transition sections need to be on either side of the driveway? And do we need to replace up to an existing 'joint' or can we cut where the specified transition distance takes us to?
