This letter is to address comments we received from staff via email. We appreciate staff working with us to resolve the comments since their issuance; below is a summary in bold and italics of our responses that coincide with our related plan revisions submitted with this letter. Engineering Development Review – John Gerwel via email dated 12/16/2022 Comment 1: Still need the shared parking and access amendment Response: Exhibits included, the Agreement document to follow by 1/20/2023 Comment 7: Still need the DCP application Response: Noted, the GC is working through the Abatement process prior to applying for a Demolition Permit; of which time they’ll also submit the DPC. Anticipate in early February. Comment 16: RESOLVED Response: Noted, thanks you. Comment 17: I didn’t see note the Drake improvements as “to be completed by others” it’s just grayed out as if it’s existing. Response: Plans updated accordingly. Comment 18: RESOLVED Response: Noted, thank you. Comment 19: RESOLVED Response: Noted, thank you. Comment 20: Will still want that offsite easement reception number on there since it’s not on the plat. Response: Please see updated Easement Schedule. Comment 21: Still waiting on those measurements. I provided some in the DA, so unless you dispute the number I have in there, then I am going to leave it as is. Response: Please refer to the Shared Parking Exhibits, as well as the updated Site Data Table. The western shared parking is 41 spaces with the southern shared parking reduced to 53 spaces, for a total of 94 now due to the CIP improvements. Forestry – Carrie Tomlinson Topic: General Comment Number: 57 12/19/2022: Please make the Hydrozone plan set match the new landscape plan along Drake. Response: Plans updated accordingly. Comment Number: 58 12/19/2022: Please move the lateral irrigation line along drake Midtown Gardens Marketplace FDP210001 1/13/23 Galloway & Company, Inc. Page 2 of 2 near the preserved trees along drake to the farthest northern edge outside of the critical root zone and extend one single drip line to each tree instead of trenching laterally across the roots. Response: Plans updated accordingly.
