No. 209817 To Whom it may Concern, The intent of this letter is to comment on the support of the new vestibule ceiling studs to be used as a catwalk to access utilities above the vestibule at the above referenced project. It is acceptable to walk on the vestibule ceiling studs for maintenance access only if support walls are installed hanging the ceiling studs at 6ft OC from the roof joists. These added studs made up of 3-5/8" 20 GA steel studs spaced at 6ft OC with 3-5/8" studs spanning between the vertical studs and supporting ceiling studs. Photos of the installed studs have been received and reviewed, and are included as attachments to this letter for reference. If there are any further questions give me a call at 763-559-9100.
