They must be removed and any roof damage be repaired. o Several areas on the exterior portion of the house and out buildings need to be repaired and secured. o The north side of the garage needs to be re-enforced. These listed defects are considered violations of the International Property Maintenance Code Sections 302, 304 and as such,you are hereby ordered to complete all of the required corrections within 30 days of the date of this notice.1 will perform a re-inspection at that time. Failure to comply with this Notice and Order will result in the City taking all legal actions needed to abate the violations, up to and including a summons to appear in Municipal Court where fines of up to $3,000.00 per day can be assessed.
