violation.
Addition to house on west side of garage.
These items require a permit be issued, inspected, and issued a letter of completion.
An after the fact permit shall be issued for the addition attached to the house.
You have 30 days from the date of the address this letter and obtain a permit or remove the
structure. Please let me know if you have any issues obtaining this permit. Failure to comply
can lead to extra costs in the future.
