This letter is to notify you the owner that during a recent inspection of the house at the above
referenced address the inspector identified a condition(s) under the Property Maintenance Code
which need to be corrected:
The barn/garage/house is not weather protected and is open to the elements.
Property maintenance items shall be completed within 30 days of receipt of this letter. An
inspection will need to be called in order to verify compliance. I would like to visit with you
regarding this and see what can be done.
