The AC also needs cleaning, I have noticed the smell gets worse when it is running and when it is raining outside. The furnace and water heater also doesn't have a permit with the city. The smell is affecting my health and has caused myself and others to have headaches and dizziness spells when being in the unit. Do you have a written lease?
