Reason for Requesting Inspection:
The apartment has been producing a smell of animal urine, mildew, etc. since the day I moved in on
July 15, 2021. 1 have reached out to my landlord about this and at first they refused to replace the
flooring and that the unit smelled fine and the carpet was impossible to replace, but new flooring has
been approved to be replaced for half of the unit, not the entire unit. The AC also needs cleaning, I
have noticed the smell gets worse when it is running and when it is raining outside. The furnace and
water heater also doesn't have a permit with the city. The smell is affecting my health and has
caused myself and others to have headaches and dizziness spells when being in the unit.
