Dear Mrs. Harkin,
At your request, we conducted framing observation at the above referenced site on August 11,
2021. The purpose of this site visit was to observe the LVL ledger used to connect the main floor
rafters to the second floor wall.The framing plans prepared by our office indicated an LSL ledger at
this location. The LVL ledger is an adequate replacement for the recommended LSL ledger. No
modifications are required.
