Job Description: Add 3 new fire sprinklers and relocate 3 existing fire sprinklers for basement remodel.
The holder of this pemiit is granted permission by Poudre Fire Authority to work on the premises in accordance with the
guidelines below. This permit must be clearly displayed on job site. Workmanship will require additional inspections for
approval. To schedule follow up pennits please contact the Poudre F ire Authority Community Safety and SenAce Di1,1sion at
97(}416-2891.
Failure to comply with the abow stipulations outlined abo-..e may result in legal action against the property owner, contractor or
sub-contractor according to local and state laws.

1. If applicable, the final inspection shall be coordinated with the General
Contractor. Inspections shall be requested online
at WWW.P-QUdre-fire.9rg. Please schedul e at least 2 business days in
advance of requested time/date.
2. Fire protection systems shall be maintained in accordance with the
original installation standards for that system. Required systems shall be
extended, altered or augmented as necessary to maintain and continue
protection where the building is altered, remodeled or added to.
Alterations to fire protection systems shall be done in accordance with
applicable standards.
