RE: Construction Inspection Letter

Mr. & Mrs. Graepler,
This letter is in regards to your request for a construction inspection of the recent
basement remodel and basement egress window installation for the residence at the
address referenced above. The home is a single story ranch w/ full basement. The
inspection was performed on January iii, 2021 .
The egress window is 13'-3" wide and was installed along the north wall of the west
building extension. Along with the construction of the egress window, basement
framing including a revision to the stairwell was added and a concrete window well
associated with the basement window was provided.
The conclusion i s that all of the inspected areas and items were found to be installed
correctly using the proper material and with appropriate construction practices.
