This letter is to notify you the owner that during a recent inspection of the house at the above
referenced address the inspector identified a condition(s) which need to be corrected:
Electrical circuits added, new roof joists, wall framing, structural alteration, and new roof
These items require a permit be issued, inspected, and issued a letter of completion.
A residential general alteration permit shall be issued which also means the electrical would have
to be inspected under 2020 National Electrical Code and 2018 IRC. You will need to submit
complete plans, these plans need to include all structural electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
alterations, and a permit application for a general alteration or remodel/repair.
You have not applied for a permit to date. You have 30 days to obtain a permit. Please let me
. know if you have any issues obtaining a permit.
