The work you authorized in January 2021 to locate and repair a sewer blockage from our house
was found to be a "belly" in our front yard. That work was completed. But another "belly"
along this sewer line under our basement floor was located but was not yet blocked. It has not
been repaired. This extension will allow this repair to take place.
