Dear Mr. S inclair:
We have visually observed the foundation wall steel reinforcing placed in the wall forms at the
residential addition under construction at the above referenced location. This observation was
perfom1cd on Apri l 13, 2021.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was placed in general conformance with the foundation
plans, drawn by Crown Engineering, lie ., Job No. 250-01-11-0 J.
