Dear Mr. Sinclair:
We have visually observed the footing sizes and their required rebar reinforcement at the
residential addition under construction at the above referenced location. This obEervation was
performed on April 12, 2021.
It is our opinion that the footing sizes and widths and rebar reinforcement were in general
conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, lie., Job No. 250-01-1 l -01.
