Dear Mr. Schran1:
We have visually observed the concrete foundation wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at
the residence (Carriage House) under constrnction at the above referenced location. TI1is
observation was performed on January 22, 2021.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Crown Engineering, lie., Job No. 207-04-01-01, dated January 12, 2021. Additionally,
a UFER ground rod was observed to be placed within the foundation wall steel reinforcing. It is
our opinion that the ground rod was placed per ground rod placement recommendations.
