Lig hts and ventila tion-canno t ventil ate downst airs due to broken/bent screens allowing spiders in the residence. Th e wind ow seals are ext remely d i rty and the window wells contain lots of trash, spiders, and leaves. We opened a window the lirst night and we all wcke up with a bunch or spider bil es on our bodies. There are missing screens in some ol the windows. This doesnl allow us to ventilate the basement and allow f resh air to assist in cooling down the residence during the hot mcnths. The stid ing screen door is also bent and contains holes. The window in the front room along with the sliding door are missing the siding and CO'fered by black plasttC, . The ltghting does not work in the kitchen under the cabinets. There are cords on top of tho cabinets. The porch light ab ove th e sliding grass door doesn l wo rk. Ttle exits must have adequat e l'9 ht1ng and lhe back po rch li ght has faulty wiring . The somet ime s turn s on and when w e cl.osed the trortt d oor the light turned on. The car port has lights tha t don·t work. Due to safety, we tned replacing the bulbs ourselves and the tight fixtures dot work. Comfort heat ing-many of the baseboard heaters have broken parts. Sanilalion-the whole house wa s cov8fed in cirt along with mokt in the bathrooms, the fans in the bathroom do not work causing the motd to get worse by the day. The electrical, plumbing and structural safety• t he carpet cleaner had issues within trying to use his cleaning machine downstairs. He kept tripping the breakers. The toilet downstairs backs up wh en being ru shed . The to ilet upstairs has a leakin g wa ter valve th at they left a cup under to catch the water. The chimney has not been c lea ned and that is a lire hazard . We were advised by neighbors o f a sewage leaks in our basement just prior 10 use moving in. The carpets were cleaned after we moved in and l he bottom of the stairs remained da mp. There ts also a moldy smell in the stairwet1 .. Written in our lease ag reement the home was supposed to have been deaned including carpets, window wells, yard, batteries replaced, work ing lighting, and dean floor and walls. None of which was done at move in on 7/14/21. We just moved into this place they have 10 days to repa ir everything via our !ease contract and we are on day 5 and only one thing has been completect .
