New roof permit has not been signed off shows results of incomplete. New roof has several areas that are ponding, damaged membrane, T straps not secured properly. Patching and sealing incorrect. 18. In basement wet walls from water leaks. Repair walls and floor from water damage le aks appear to be from walls and roofs. 19. Appears to be mold on the basement walls. You shall hire a mitigation company to ver:Jy and mitigate damage. 20. Chimney on second fioor roof sha ll be reset or the flue shall be lined. 21. Top cornice of brick wall shall be re grouted around entire building. 22. Need to send this office records from the mitigation company who cleaned the basement fioor after the sewage incident. The above-mentioned items are considered General Maintenance items and must be repaired within (30) days of the date of this notice. Wanted to mention I appreciate the effort you made in having a licensed e lectrical contractor safe the electrical issues on the exterior of the building earlier this month. The other items not mentioned in this letter, interior electrical, exterior landing and stairs at dock and main floor construction is due to the fact the tenants have a permit issued and they are aware of their responsibility. If you desire to speak with me or the Chief Bui lding Official, please contact us with in ten days of this notice. We are willing to help you the owner or manager to understand our processes and the reasons behind the inspection results. You are required to schedule an inspection when the work is completed to verify that all the work was performed.
