Reason for Requesting Inspection:
Multiple water leak issues over the years. Most recent incident was a sewer back up on 3/15/2021
in another unit that spilled into mine. My hallway carpet was wet and a cleaning service ended up
ripping out some wet drywall that exposed mold within the wall. I had a mold technician come
out and test the air quality and take a sample of the growth which I paid out of pocket for. The
results were that there are three types of black mold in the air and levels of mold overall are
significant. I believe there to be a larger issue with the building that needs to be addressed .
