Reason for Requesting Inspection:
Upon moving in to the house, we disc overed that the kitchen cabinets are unsanitary
and unfinished inside, so that they are not able to be cleaned prope rly. Years like this
seems to have led to black mold, as well as resulted in the drawers falling apart.
Discovered similar conditions in bathroom. Mgmt has offered to paint interiors of
cabinets, but I am unsure th is is the correct solution . Also want to be sure front porch is
structurally sou nd (it sags) and house is generally habitable.
