Dear Mr. Killingsworth:
On December 16, 2020 we visually observed the in-place footing dimensions and the foundation
wall reinforcement placed in the forms for the addition to the south side of the existing residence at
the above referenced site. It is our opinion the footing widths and the wall reinforcement were in
general conformance with our Foundation Plan, Project Number, 1011-262-01B.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
