We have permit# B2013357 showing on our permit list. We were not hired nor did we do any work on this
project. Also, we did not give the Contractor our Ft Collins license number, so we don't know how t hey got
our license number. Would you please remove us from this permit?

We are also listed on permit #82005892, 4 27 Buckeye St., again we were not hired nor did we do any work on
this project. Like the other permit we did not furnish the contractor with our license number. Would you
please remove us from this permit as well?
