The Larimer County Assessors office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
This letter is to inform you this office received a complaint about the use of multiple illegal
dwelling units at 412 W. Myrtle St. Our records indicate that there has never been a development
review or permits obtained for converting this single-family home to a multi-family residence.
We do not have a Certificate of Occupancy on file for this property as it being a legal,
conforming Tri-plex nor do we show a Certificate of Occupancy on file for a legal dwelling unit
in the detached building on the property.
If you have information to the contrary, please provide it to our office. Otherwise, you will have
to remove the separate cooking facilities in all illegal units and convert it back to a single-family
residence. Any electrical or gas line that serves said cooking equipment in all locations will also
need to be removed.
This is your second notice of violation. The first notice of violation was sent on May 13, 2021
and the items in violation have not been corrected.
The above items are in violation and shaJl be corrected within 30 days of the date of this letter.
Please notify me within 30 days to verify that the above items have been corrected.
