CSE Consultants visited the above-referenced project on May 20, 21 and 22,202 l as requested. The purpose ofthes
visits was to observe the trenched foundation excavation and the excavatio n width at the perimeter trenched
foundation system.
During these observations the foundation reinforcing and sl ab reinforcing were constructed.
Based on our observations, the structure may be supported on a thickened edge monolithic slab foundation system
in accordance with our Agreement and the plans prepared by our office dated 3/2/21. Based on our observations, the
foundation and slab reinforcing are in general accordance with the p lans prepared by our office dated 3/2/21.
