Dear Mr. Walker:
On March 24, 2021 we visually observed the excavation dimensions/forms and foundation
reinforcement for the monolithic slab addition to the existing residence at the above referenced site.
It is our opinion the foundation dimensions and reinforcement were in general conformance with our
Foundation & Framing Plan, Project Number 1011-265-0lA, and with our recommendations for
variations as required by site conditions.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
