Mr. Potter:
Earth Engineering Company, Inc. (EEC) personnel have completed the construction
observation services you requested for the referenced project. Those services included an
observation of the foundation footing pad dimensions placed for the referenced address.
The results of the site observations completed by EEC personnel are included with this
report.
On May 6t\ 7t\ 13 th , 26th and June 7t\ 2021, EEC personnel observed footing foundation
widths for the foundation footing pads for the above referenced project. The interior
circular foundation pads were approximately 24 inches and 30 inches in diameter at various
locations. Follow-up observations after the pads had been poured verified the pads were
poured a minimum of IO inches in thickness at various locations.
At the time of our observations, it appeared that the foundation footing dimensions and
thicknesses had been placed in general accordance with the construction plans prepared by
Sundance Structural Consultants, LLC, Project No.201132, dated September 27, 2020.
