City of Fort Collins Building Services and Zoning departments have identified violations that
must be rectified by acquiring permits, inspections, and city approvals within 10 days of the date
on this notice, Failure to comply can result in a municipal ticket being issued,
Unit #2 of 1736 Azalea has all 6 windows busted out and is not secured. There is damage noted
inside the unit and may not have proper bathroom facilities, A shed was built on the exterior of
the house that a permit was never obtained for. There is cracking in the foundation wall. When
a letter of completion is issued, this violation will be cleared.

mitigating circumstances,
