As requested, we provided residential construction observations for Lots 23-25, 719
Greenfields Drive, at the Townhomes on Vine Subdivision. We were scheduled for the following
observations to date:

Drain/Void/Dampproof 11-09-20 Pass
The information in our project files indicated there are no outstanding discrepancies for the
items listed above and that each was installed in general conformance with the project plans.
