As requested, we provided residential construction observations for Lots 19-18, Block 2,
3343 Green Lake Drive, at the Townhomes on Vine Subdivision. We were scheduled for the
following observations to date:

Foundation Wall Steel/UFER 9-1-20 Pass
Drain/Dampproof 3-21-21 Pass
The information in our project files indicated there are no outstanding discrepancies for the
items listed above and that each was installed in general conformance with the project plans.
