Dear Mr. Peterson:
CSE Consultants visited the above-referenced project on April 5, 2021 as requested. The purpose of the visit was to
observe the foundation excavation.
Based on our observations, the structure may be supported on a pier footing foundation in accordance with our
Agreement and the plans prepared by our office dated 2/15/21.
At the time of our visit the 12" diameter pier holes were the proper dimensions and the reinforcing is in accordance
with the plans prepared by our office dated 2/15/21. Note that the diameter of these two P12 piers listed in the
schedule on our plans had a typographical error listing the piers as 24" diameter and it should read as 12" diameter.
