Leslie,
I have removed BLS Electric from the permit. We do not show that Lance Garrett Chabarria is
registered with the City of Fort Collins. He will need to register with the City before he can be added
to the permit and any inspections or work can continue on this permit. He can go to our website at:
https://www.fcgov.com/building/contractor.php to obtain the instructions and paperwork to
register. Once he has packet complete, he will need to send it to contractor_licensing@fcgov.conm.
Again, all work and inspections will be on hold until he is registered.

We need to remove the electrical contractor we have on file with you (BLS Electric) & replace them
with Lance Garrette Chabarria, master electrician, CO license #ME0601197. Can you make those
changes please? Appreciate your help!!
