On May 29, 2020, a representative from this office visited this site to observe the reinforcement
size, and placement in the pool. The reinforcement is in compliance with the drawing by T2
Structural Engineering, project number: 20-091 dated April 13, 2020.

Foundation Excavation Observation
The O'Neil Pool

Dear Mr. Seewald:
On May 19, 2020 this office visited the site referenced above to observe the soil in the
excavation for the 16 feet by 50 feet. From the sub-grade to about 12 inches is top soil. From 1
foot to the bottom of the excavation is light brown, slightly moist clayey sand. The soil in the
excavation was consistent with what was anticipated. The pool design by T2 Structural
Engineering, project number: 20-091 , dated April 13 , 2020 is suitable for this project.
