I understood that the contractor who installed the new furnace would take care of this. However, it seems that it was missed. I'm currently in Australia handling some urgent family matters, and I won't be back in the United States until at least the end of June. Could I request an extension to this permit? This house is currently tenanted. If the inspector cannot do an 'in-person' inspection due to Covid then, it's best for me to assist the inspector with his 'remote' inspection on the property vs the tenant (if necessary). Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you. We do not show that an inspection was every requested for this permit. Our inspectors are not doing in person inspections at this time because of the COVID virus, but they are doing remote video inspections. If you would like to set one of those remote inspections up, you can give our office a call at 970-416-2740 and we can get that set up. If you are not in a position to be able to do a remote video inspection at this time, you can respond to this e-mail and request a 180-day extension on your permit and hopefully in the next 180 days things will open up. Please let our office know if you have any questions. Thank you. 5321 Cornerstone Dr Building Services City of Fort Collins Community Development & Neighborhood Services 281 N. Could you please confirm who requested this building permit, and on what date? We the owners are completely unaware a building permit was requested for Residential Mechanical Works. And, I'm not sure of what we need to do to respond to this letter. The letter concerns our property on 5321 Cornerstone Drive, Fort Collins, CO, 80528. I'm unsure of next steps so appreciate you confirm.
