RE: Bolt Inspection 2-24-2021 (Dutch Brothers HQ)
Dear Keith:
The following inspection was performed on February 24, 2021
Location/Project: Lofts at Timberline, 2021, 2027 and 2033 S Timberline Rd (parcels #8719144006, 8719144007,
8719144004)
Inspector: Kelsey Petersen
Inspection Type: Visual, High Strength Bolt (AISC Spec. for Structural Joints Using ASTM A325 or A490 Bolts,
Sect. 8,9)
Observations: Structural connections at beam-to-beam and beam-to-column locations at Dutch Brothers HQ
mezzanine. Inspection was at 10% frequency to hand tight condition per ASTM and Project Specifications. Bolts
observed to not be tightened to hand tight condition were tightened before completion of observation. 100% of
inspected bolts were in acceptable condition prior to completion of observation.
