Gentlemen:
On January 25th and February 2nd, 2021, a representative of Weeks & Associates
observed footings and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations
indicate the footing size and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial
accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks &
Associates. In addition, the electrode had been placed in accordance with the
recommendations by NEC.
