Gentlemen:
On February 4th, 2021, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4” diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the interior perimeter of the new basement foundation and connected to
a sump pit. A riser to the window well was connected to the perimeter drain. The
drainpipe installation is in substantial accordance our recommendations for the project.
In addition, the exterior of the foundation walls had been damproofed.
