Change required to accommodate routing of (existing) 3” waste and vent from bathroom above.  Field condition for framing along the east wall is verified as acceptable as captured in the photograph included with the attached ADDN1-1 sheet.  Change notations for new bearing and beam between kitchen and dining room to existing beam and bearing. Existing framing this area, as required of exiting bearing conditions, to remain.
