EEC Project No. 15-01-057
Mr. Campana:
As requested, Earth Engineering Company, Inc. (EEC) personnel have completed the construction
observation services you requested for the referenced project. Those services included observations of
the foundation drain placement and damp proofing at the referenced lot. The results of those observations
are included with this report.
On October 7th, 2020, EEC personnel observed the foundation drain for the referenced project. The
foundation drain consisted of 4-inch perforated pipe enclosed in a filter fabric ‘sock’ and was connected
to a basement sump pit. The gravel and filter fabric was not observed and will be placed at a later date.
The damp proofing consisted of a grey spray-on coating that appeared to cover all exterior below grade
areas of the basement walls. At the time of our observation, the damp proofing and foundation drain
appeared to have been installed in general accordance with the construction plans.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project. If you have any questions regarding
this report, or if we can be of further service to you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Very truly yours,
