As requested, personnel of RMG – Rocky Mountain Group observed the foundation damp
proofing and found it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the design drawings
prepared by RMG – Rocky Mountain Group for this structure at the date of the inspection. The
damp proof was observed on July 21, 2020.

Re: Footing and Foundation Observation

Dear Saint Aubyn Homes:
As requested, personnel of RMG – Rocky Mountain Group observed the footing and foundation
formwork and reinforcing steel for the above referenced single family residential property and
found them to be in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared by RMG – Rocky
Mountain Group for this structure. The concrete encased electrode system was placed in the
footing and meets the requirements of Article 250.52 of the 2014 National Electrical Code
(NEC). The footings were observed on July 6, 2020 and the foundation walls were observed on
July 13, 2020.

drainage pipe and sump pit perimeter drain system on July 21, 2020. RMG found it to be
complete and in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared by RMG – Rocky
Mountain Group for this structure at the date of this observation.
