NOTICE is hereby given that on Febru.
ary 17, 2016, the City of Fort Collins cre.
ated a vested Property Right upon the
following described land:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
City of Fort Collins Community Recycle
Center, File BFDP150047. Develop a new
recycling facility for the City of Fort
Collins Environmental Services Depart-
ment. The new recycling facility will be
relocated from the current recycle
center at 1702 Riverside to the west side
of Timberline Rd approximately 1/4 mile
south of the intersection at east
Prospect Rd. The site will operate on 3.7
acres within the 30-acre Timberline and
Prospect Overall Development Plan
(ODP). The site will include a free -drop
area, fee -drop area and special materi-
als area. The free -drop area will accept
cardboard, paper, commingled contain-
ers, newspaper, and clothing. The added
fee -drop area will accept construction
materials, metal, yard waste, e-waste,
batteries, paints, oil and antifreeze. Spe-
cial materials area will provide free
landscape mulch to the public, and a
containment area for glass. This use is
subject to an Administrative Type 1 re-
view but will be considered for approval
concurrently with the Overall Develop-
ment Plan as a Type 2 (Planning & Zon-
ing Board) hearing. The site Is in the In-
dustrial (1) Zone District.
